The first DevOps Academy at Redpill Linpro has finally kicked off, and in this episode, we meet three of this year's participants: Ingunn, Kriti, and Thea.
The DevOps Academy was created by Kirsti Stien, the regional manager for Redpill Linpro DevOps Oslo, with the aspiration to get more people to choose a career within DevOps, especially young women.
In this episode, we discuss why so few women choose DevOps when there are actually many women choosing IT and programming in university. How can an academy like DevOps Academy be a solution for this challenge?
