The One Tool That TRANSFORMED Drip Coffee | The BINOCULAR DRIPPER with Mariam Erin

Mariam Erin is the designer of the Binocular Dripper: the dual cone pour over dripper that's completely changing the drip coffee game. Her design is backed by a decade-long career in the coffee industry, most recently at Brewing Gadgets, working as part of the product research and educational content team. Mariam is also a multiple national coffee champion and World Championship competitor, her latest win being at the 2026 UAE Coffee in Good Spirits.

Join us as we discuss the creation of the Binocular Dripper and the surprising journey behind it. Huge thank-you to Mariam for joining the show, and to World of Coffee Dubai for making this episode possible.
