We are looking back when we talk to the first runner that could take Halden SK to 10mila victory.

Kjetil Bjørlo ran the last leg in Halden SK when they won 10mila for the first time in Haninge in 1998.

Then Halden SK also won in 1999 and 2000 - with Bjørlo in the team.

In total Bjørlo got 6 10mila victories with Halden SK, and he tells about how Halden SK could be so good in 10mila.

Now he is coaching the Halden SK team at 10mila, and he gives us his tips both for Halden and the winners in this years 10mila-relay!
