Laying the Day Down at His Feet

Laying the Day Down at His Feet — a 112-minute evening of laying the whole day down, walking slowly through Psalm 4 from the King James Bible. The God who hears when we call, vanity rebuked and glory restored, communion on the bed, the offerings of the night, light lifted on tired faces, gladness beyond harvest, and lying down in safety. Made for the last hours — counted mercies, full forgiveness, intercession for others, entrusted tomorrow — ending in blessed sleep under a watching Shepherd.
