Through the Valley, Not Around It
Some days the sky is clear. Other days, you find yourself walking through a valley so dark you cannot see your own hand. This Word Burst is for those days.
Psalm 23 is one of the most quoted passages in all of Scripture, but the part we often skip is the middle. Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil. For you are with me. David does not say he walks around the valley. He walks through it. The valley is not a detour. It is the path.
