Terry K. Anderson was born in Eunice, Louisiana, as the ninth child of Houston and Lena Anderson. He became involved in church activities at a young age and was licensed and ordained in 1977. His educational journey includes attendance at several institutions, such as: Bishop College in Dallas, TX Louisiana State University in Pineville, LA Union Theological Seminary in New Orleans, LA Houston Baptist University in Houston, TX Rev. Anderson has served in various pastoral roles throughout his career. He was the pastor at Greater True Light Baptist Church and Zion Travelers Baptist Church from 1983 to 1990. In December 1990, he became the Fourth Pastor of Lilly Grove Missionary Baptist Church, where he has been instrumental in the church's growth and community outreach efforts.
