Bishop Noel Jones (born January 31, 1950) is a Jamaican-American Pentecostal bishop and senior pastor of the ~17,000-member [City of Refuge Church](https://cityofrefugela.org/about-us/) in Gardena, California. Known for his "Fresh Oil" broadcast and appearing on *Preachers of L.A.*, he is the brother of singer/actress Grace Jones.
