In this episode, I'm joined by Matt from Post Postmodern Theology to take on one of the oldest—and increasingly popular—attacks on the New Testament: the claim that Paul created a different Christianity than Jesus, James, Peter and the original apostles.
We examine the supposed contradictions between Paul and James on faith and works, Paul's teaching on meat sacrificed to idols, the Jerusalem Council, the early Church's acceptance of Paul's writings, and Peter's remarkable comments about Paul's letters.
