151. Rebirth, Pts 1-2 (or It's the Future, LOL) - Batman Beyond

Greetings, dear listener, and welcome back to "Jump on the Bat-Wagon" with James and Brian, where we watch through the entire DC Animated Universe from start to finish in the controversial airdate order, to experience these shows the way human beings experienced them in the far-gone days of the 1990s. The twist? Brian has never seen any of the DCAU. Will he become a super-fan like James or regret his decision?

This week's episode:
"Rebirth," Parts 1-2
"Batman Beyond"
Original airdate: 1/10/1999

In the dawn of a new age, Terry McGinnis has found out a dark secret, that Bruce Wayne was Batman. When his father is killed, Terry uncovers an evil plot by WaynePowers CEO Derek Powers and goes to Wayne for help.

After stealing the Bat-suit from the Batcave, Terry McGinnis plans to stop Derek Powers and find the man who killed his father. But what will Bruce Wayne do?
