We’re talking about director/co-writer Daniel J. Phillips Diabolic.  

This is a religious horror film about a woman returning to the FLDS group that she escaped from as a teenager.  On the (bad) advice of a therapist she goes back to see if her past can shed some light on the issues she is having now.

Unfortunately there is something supernatural waiting in the woods when she returns.
