This week we're rolling out the yoga mat and getting in position for Mind Body Spirit.  

This film blends the fear of the supernatural with the pressure of the perfect online persona.

The movie follows Anya, an aspiring yoga influencer, who stumbles upon a mysterious practice left behind by her estranged grandmother. Anya, ever the opportunist, decides to document her experience with these rituals on her YouTube channel, "Mind Body Spirit." What starts as a unique self-help series soon takes a dark turn.
