The Kate Talks Strictly 5th Anniversary celebrations continue with returning guest Lauren Oakley!

Lauren and I catch up about everything that has happened since she was first on the pod in 2021!

We discuss where Lauren was when she found out she was going to be a Strictly Come Dancing professional, the audition process, what she learnt from her first series, the differences of teaching each of her celebs and adjusting to being on TV!

And of course I had to ask her about one of my favourite routines: her Viennese Waltz with JB and we get a bit nerdy about musicals!
