KIB Podcast: Challenges of publishing and sharing sensitive data

An important game changer might be the EU court case regarding pseudonymized data, EDPS versus SRB (CJEU C‑413/23 P, EU:C:2025:645). We explain the case and discuss what the implications of the case might be, in general and for researchers.
