Rim, a confident girl from Morocco, finds a magical bendir that helps people move in rhythm together. At first, she uses it to lead and control others, but no one feels heard. During a festival blackout, the drum stops working until Rim learns to listen first. By responding to others instead of commanding them, she helps create a shared rhythm.
