165. Never say “Should”

This week I discuss the dangerous word “should”. We often throw around words without taking the time to reflect on the impact of their implications. This is an invitation to join me as I move to strip both my vocabulary and my heart from words that often invoke the sentiments of shame, judgment, and envy.
