166. Eliminate the Grumbling
"Do all things without grumbling or questioning …” (Phil 2:14).
How often do we serve our children, our spouses, our friends, with a hidden (or not-so-hidden) grumbling inside? Do we complain as we go about our tasks of the day, or do we surrender the present moment to the will of God? This my friends is a place I continuously come back to in prayer, a place I frequently find myself falling, and a place I am continuously met with God's mercy and compassion.
This week I discuss the invitation to eliminate the grumbling from our hearts and the complaints from our mouths so that Jesus, whom we once conceived in our souls, can be delivered more abundantly to those we serve and love!
