182. Do they KNOW you think they are awesome?
"Gracious words are a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and healing to the bones." ~ Proverbs 16:24
This week I reflect on the importance of our children KNOWING we think they are as awesome as they are! All too often we can focus in on training our children to become the people God created them to be, that we lose sight of blessing them as they are now. Our criticisms and complaints run the risk of leaving our children without their sense of worth, simply for being ours. Just as God blesses us with his love and compassion, simply because we are his, we too should ensure our children know and receive our blessings over them.
