255. You Do Not Hold the Universe Together

 “He upholds the universe by His word of power.” (Hebrews 1:3) 

Hey Momma - I see you. Sometimes we just need to be reminded, "You are NOT the one who holds the universe together." We often can feel the weight of what feels like the entire world on our shoulders. If we don't show up, clean up, cook up, and train up at all times, the world as we know it will collapse around us. But this is a LIE- a lie I all too often find myself believing. But I am here to remind you, as the Catechism tells us, " God’s providence means He cares for everything—from the smallest details to the biggest events (CCC 303). Nothing exists outside His sustaining will (CCC 301). We are not the source of order, but rather participants in God's care.
