最近、英語で5分間のスピーチを170人以上の前で行うという大きな挑戦をしました。以前から英語でのパブリックスピーキングをしたいと思っていましたが、自信がなく避けていました。しかし、英語コーチングを受けたことでマインドセットが変わり、挑戦を決意。準備期間は1週間しかありませんでしたが、準備をたくさんしました。みなさんにも、挑戦することの大切さを伝えたいです。
