A Republican DC Federal Judge has declared in a late-night order, that Trump’s Executive Order to force transgender women to be housed in male Prisons and be denied gender-affirming medical care, is Cruel and Unusual under the 8th Amendment of the Constitution, and he has entered the FOURTH TRO against the Trump Administration in its first 15 days. Michael Popok dives into the TRO and places it in the context of the other TROs as the Trump DOJ “phones it in” knowing that most of these Executive Orders are illegal.
