  • The family experienced a lighter, more focused, healthier, and less frazzled lifestyle.

As I reflect on the success of our spring experiment to quit being busy, I’d like to encourage listeners to consider experimenting with simplifying their schedules to reduce stress and improve family well-being. I can’t emphasize enough the importance of taking time to regroup, reset, and find clarity.
