I've Had Enough! Sound Familiar?

If our vibrational frequencies are increasing, why is there so much negativity? Perhaps the more relevant questions we could ask ourselves are: "What can I do to change the current level of energy in society?" "Can I really make a difference? After all, I'm only one person," or "If people in power behave poorly, does it set precedents for everyone to follow suite?"

"Be the change you want to see," weren't Ghandi's exact words, but the sentiment merits action. Let's explore what that looks like behaviorally and energetically beginning with one humble human at a time.
