In this episode, I explore the idea of embracing the flow of life, which invites us to take a break from forcing what we “should” be doing and instead listen to our bodies and what it needs. I recently experienced a migraine and felt a strong urge to rest instead of work on what I felt I should be doing. This got me thinking about the power of responding instead of reacting to the energy of the collective, which can help us to break our own patterns and help the collective as well. I found that going with the flow, even if it is slow, helps us to bring what we want into our lives faster than rushing and forcing it.
