It's Time for Black Women to Embody Main Character Energy!

This episode was inspired by a few TikTok videos and the latest news and statistics about black women in the workplace. I hope that my point lands and is received by black women who are 40 and over. I see us changing, moving, shifting but I also see us still hiding our light, not stepping into our power and purpose, being stuck energetically, etc. It is my sacred intention that this will open up the dialog a little more for us.
