In 2010, the Barnett family adopted who they thought was a six-year-old Ukrainian orphan named Natalia Grace. As far as facts go, that’s about it. The rest of the story is a combination of lies, rumor, gossip, and innuendo that ultimately ends in a court case alleging abandonment.
