The Sick Day: A Poem for Kids

The Sick Day is a rhyming story about a child who wakes up feeling very sick but wants to believe she is well. She has big plans for the day that do not involve her being sick. As her Dad takes care of her, she begins to see the upsides of being a patient and the importance of getting her rest.
