Meet the Authors #13 - Rachel Gilson

On this show we're interviewing Rachel Gilson, a leader at Cru and PhD at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. She came to faith from an intellectual, non-Christian, lesbian background and is now married to a man.

We talk about her story, why she's convinced that the Bible's teaching isn't arbitary when it comes to who we can sleep with, and the fact that we can follow God's rules because we can trust God's good character. We also talk about the purpose of marriage, what it's like to be in a 'mixed-orientation' marriage, and its opportunity to reveal the good news of the gospel to the world.
