David Nichtern of Dharma Moon has been a meditation teacher for over 40 years, is the guitarist in Krishna Das's band and an author of many books. He was also a close student and attendee of Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche. This is David’s third appearance on the podcast, and he and Jaymee discuss where creativity comes from, how to prepare for the unpredictability of death, the denial of extremes on the Buddhist path, first thought/best thought, and Jaymee shares three important teachings from his guru.
