Arapu is a Romanian DJ and producer known for his deep, groove-driven approach to house music and his strong ties to the European underground. He started DJing at age 15, developing a style built on long blends, hypnotic basslines, and subtle rhythmic tension. Active internationally since the early 2010s, he has earned a reputation for narrative-driven sets that prioritize flow and dancefloor awareness over quick impact. His productions follow the same philosophy, combining minimal arrangements with rolling low-end and tightly controlled groove. In 2015, he launched his own label, Liniar, as an outlet for his personal sound and a platform for like-minded artists.

Arapu has performed at respected venues and festivals worldwide, including Circoloco events, Sunwaves, and Caprices. Known for his precision behind the decks and deep musical sensibility, he remains a key figure in contemporary house music.
