a sermon for Ascensiontide

Here is a Sermon I gave on the sunday after Ascension day at St. Edward's King and Martyr, tackling some of the awkward issues raised by the image of Christ ascending and trying to get to the heart of what it means to believe that in Christ our humanity has been taken into the heart of Heaven. It also has some links with the thought in my Sonnet for Ascension Day, which was read during the service
