Fallout, Season 2: Episode 2 "The Golden Rule"

Spencer and Lee dive into episode 2 of season 2 of Amazon Prime's "Fallout." Lee has a rant (or two) about the Brotherhood. A potential mega-villain (heel) is being created, Spencer is unhappy with the Lucy story line (good acting though), and the guys work in a little Diehard talk for the holiday.
