Sandi Serling is the host and creator of the FEAR UNZIPPED™ podcast, where she explores the intersection of neuroscience, metaphysics and the stories we tell ourselves about fear. From an early age, she navigated shyness and anxiety without realizing her intuitive and mediumistic sensitivities were absorbing the emotional energy of others. Fear followed her into adulthood until a series of profound life events, including the loss of both parents four months apart, initiated a deep turning point. Through more than a decade of immersion in neuroscience, neuroplasticity and metaphysical practice, Sandi learned to reframe fear, rewire habitual thought patterns and reclaim her intuitive gifts.

With over 30 years in public relations and marketing as founder of Serling Media Relations, Sandi has worked with leading voices in entertainment, television and innovation, yet always felt called toward deeper questions of meaning and purpose. That calling led her to create the in person conference Activating Happy and ultimately FEAR UNZIPPED™, a podcast she says came through her, not from her. As a lifelong curiosity seeker and self described work in progress, Sandi invites listeners into conversations that loosen fear’s grip and remind us of the power we each have to shift our inner world and our lives.
