As many of you may know I lost my dad this year on October 31, so I am still in the acute grief stage and just navigating it one day at a time. Christine lost both her parents earlier this year and shares her struggles with this also being her first Christmas without them. 

Dayna, Keshette and Liliana share their own grief journeys too! 

Honestly, I found this episode so healing as we are all sharing our experiences, at different stages, of our grief journeys.
