First and foremost, I'd like to apologize for all the "ummmms" in recent episodes. I'm mortified by my horrendous speaking patterns these days. My dear friend (artist) Matthew Sontheimer sent me two really commanding poems via email today. That email & these poems fortified my insides. And I needed reinforcement.
