Back Issue Exclusive! Mark Strand-Some Last Words

In case you guys read these, I thought I'd briefly let you know why I'm only posting old episodes again. I've had issues with my heart since I was a little kid, and they just keep getting worse. It's been an awful and scary month, but I am supposed to find out my cardiologist's game plan next Wednesday, April 26th. So send me some love/prayers/vibes/health/thoughts/anything. I need it. Thanks for your patience. Hopefully I'll be back soon. I miss you guys and I miss being able to talk things out.
