On Day 14, we are combining concentration (shamatha meditation) and insight meditation (vipashyana) to create a daily meditation routine for positive energy, peace and happiness.
Over these 14 days of this "Meditate Like a Monk" Meditation challenge, we have learned and practiced a lot and built a consistent meditation practice.
Now, it's time to take a step further and do this daily meditation routine to experience more love, self-awareness, mental clarity and spiritual growth. This is our new monk meditation routine.
