Is your energy or chakras BLOCKED? No, and let me explain why. This episode discusses why energy should never be described as blocked, how your chakras are constantly opening and closing and how these energy changes are not "good or bad" they just are. As energy workers, we should never make anyone feel bad about their energy. Using words like "good, bad, open, closed, and blocked" just makes the person feel bad about their energy with zero information about what that means. Energy community: please STOP using these words to describe energy, and find something to say that is helpful (not harmful) to your clients!
