While we were learning to clear our energy in the Reiki Level One course, they asked "Has there ever been anyone's energy you don't want to clear?" This brought up a great conversation about energy, is energy good or bad, do we need to clear energy, how often we should clear our energy and more. This episode discusses this question and reminds you that your boundaries and energetic clearing practices are based on your own comfort levels!
