Special Interview: Soul Plans, Healing Journeys & Creative Flow – with Louise from Cosmic Soul Therapy

In this expansive and heart-led interview, Hannah Macintyre is joined by her dear friend and co-worker Louise from Cosmic Soul Therapy. Louise shares her multifaceted spiritual journey—from life coaching to Reiki, soul plan readings to distance reflexology—and how she supports others to reconnect with their path, purpose, and personal power.

This empowering episode explores:

• What a soul plan reading really is—and how it uses sound, numerology, and vibration to unlock your destiny
• How soul transformation therapy helps clear deep blocks and reveals your inner wisdom
• Louise’s personal story of awakening, healing, and saying yes to her spiritual calling
• Life coaching tools that peel back the layers of doubt to reveal confidence and clarity
• Her evolution from the medical profession to intuitive healing, with spirit guiding the way
• The power of daily spiritual practices and non-negotiables (even when you'd rather sit in the garden!)
• The role of art and creative expression in healing and spiritual connection
• Her reminder that healing is a journey—and that spirit whispers long before it shouts

Louise’s gentle honesty and soul-deep wisdom make this a must-listen for anyone exploring their own gifts or seeking alignment with their highest path.

I'm starting a circle, and you're invited.

Most people developing their mediumship are doing it on their own. From September I'm running a monthly development circle inside Spirit Social, where you practise with other people instead of just reading about it. Over 12 monthly live events, alongside daily card readings and live demonstrations.
