Surrender, Spirit & the Call to Serve – with Reverend Lori Sheridan

In this warm, heartfelt episode of Mediumship Matters, Hannah Macintyre is joined by Reverend Lori Sheridan—evidential medium, spiritual teacher, and newly ordained reverend through The Journey Within Spiritualist Church. Together, they explore Laurie’s inspiring journey into mediumship, ministry, and the power of true spiritual surrender.

This episode offers rich insight into:

• Lori's path from psychic tarot to evidential mediumship and spiritual leadership
• The role of trust, surrender, and progression in deepening your connection with spirit
• What it’s really like to train and serve as a reverend in modern spiritualism
• A deeply moving account of healing after personal loss and how spirit brings love in profound ways
• The pressure mediums feel to perform—and how surrender unlocks deeper healing and authenticity
• Lori's favourite decks, daily practices, and powerful book recommendations for developing mediums

This is a soul-nourishing conversation for anyone on a spiritual path—whether you’re just starting or finding your next level of service.

I'm starting a circle, and you're invited.

Most people developing their mediumship are doing it on their own. From September I'm running a monthly development circle inside Spirit Social, where you practise with other people instead of just reading about it. Over 12 monthly live events, alongside daily card readings and live demonstrations.
