The Soul’s Journey — Incarnation, Overcoming & Why We’re Really Here

In this expansive, soul-searching solo episode, Hannah explores her current understanding of the soul’s journey through life, death, and everything in between. From pre-birth planning to parallel realities and ghost energy, this is a deep philosophical reflection on why we come to Earth, what we’re here to learn, and how the spirit world supports us throughout.

✨ In this reflective episode:

• Pre-birth soul planning and the role of soul groups and spirit guides
• Why some of our hardest experiences might have been chosen before we got here
• Reincarnation, parallel lives, and the possibility that your soul experiences all timelines at once
• Free will, destiny, and how “ghosts” are more likely energetic imprints than lost spirits
• The energetic nature of hauntings, Ouija boards, and childhood spirit sightings
• Mediumship boundaries, fear, karma, and the spiritual reason behind regret
• What makes a “ghost” vs. a spirit—and why intention and perception shape so much of what we feel
• Thoughts on ascension, earth evolution, and the mysterious dance of timelines and soul growth

This episode is a deep dive into the mysteries of existence—from the metaphysical to the mundane—with humour, heart and grounded insight.

I'm starting a circle, and you're invited.

Most people developing their mediumship are doing it on their own. From September I'm running a monthly development circle inside Spirit Social, where you practise with other people instead of just reading about it. Over 12 monthly live events, alongside daily card readings and live demonstrations.
