We hear it all the time in spiritual spaces:

Your new life will cost you your old one.

It sounds inspiring. Empowering, even.

But what does that actually look like when you’re living it?

In this episode, I’m sharing a much more honest view of what that cost can be.

Not just the visible changes, but the things we don’t talk about:

• Burnout and pushing beyond your limits

• Financial pressure when you’re building something from scratch

• The loneliness of leadership and responsibility

• Outgrowing people, places and versions of yourself

• Making the right decisions… and still feeling the loss

This isn’t a “just trust the process” conversation.

It’s about the in-between space.

The void.

The part where you’ve let go of your old life, but the new one hasn’t fully arrived yet.
