Guidati dal talento fulmineo e inimitabile del chitarrista e cantante Alvin Lee, affiancato da Chick Churchill alle tastiere, Leo Lyons al basso e Ric Lee alla batteria, i Ten Years After hanno fatto la storia del rock, culminando nella leggendaria esibizione al Festival di Woodstock. In quest'ora abbondante ripercorriamo la loro storia attraverso 11 pietre miliari: dagli esordi blues con "Spoonful" e "I May Be Wrong, But I Won't Be Wrong Always", a "I Woke Up This Morning" e la versione live di "Good Morning Little Schoolgirl". Spazio poi all'inno definitivo "I'm Going Home (Live)", al riff ipnotico di "Love Like A Man", alla psichedelia rock di "50,000 Miles Beneath My Brain", il classico radiofonico "I'd Love To Change The World", per poi concludere con la spinta travolgente di "Nowhere to Run", "Baby Won't You Let Me Rock 'N' Roll You" e il finale boogie-rock di "Choo Choo Mama".
