Today, I am blessed to have Sara Banta, a Health Coach and busy mother of three whose children are now 14, 16, and 18 years old.
Sara completed her undergraduate studies at Stanford University with a degree in Economics and Psychology in 1998. In 2016, she graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and The Invincible Wellness System.
