E219: Removing the Obstacles to Love

Love is the natural flow of energy through the heart that occurs when consciousness rises above the ego and becomes genuinely interested in something beyond itself. Unconditional love is found when you no longer allow your heart to close because another person, or life itself, fails to meet your preferences. The spiritual path is not about finding love outside yourself, but relaxing through the fears, judgments, and resistances that block the love already within you.
