Meet Laura, one of our wonderful YPJ (Your Pregnancy and Postnatal Journey) members. Laura works as a psychotherapist and has treated many women with birth trauma in her career, she was acutely aware of the need to protect herself and … she smashed it. There is so much fear around induction of labour but Laura went into it in such an informed and empowered place that it was a totally positive experience from start to finish. Thank you for sharing your story Laura, appropriate and well informed intervention is a blessing.
