Today, I want to delve into the idea of breaking free from the matrix and what it truly means to be "shunned down" by society.

Before we jump into this thought-provoking discussion, I want to express my gratitude for all of you, especially those from New Zealand, where I currently reside. It's heartwarming to connect with like-minded souls on this journey.

Today's episode is about an important revelation I had during a class in my spiritual magnificence membership. I found myself using the term "shunned down" instead of "shut down" while talking about how society suppresses us from an early age. This "shunned down" concept is what I want to explore further because I believe it resonates deeply with many of us.

I'll share my own awakening journey, which began about eight years ago after the birth of my second child. At that time, I started experiencing spiritual occurrences that conflicted with my Catholic upbringing. Feeling lost and unable to fit into the predefined religious narrative, I faced a dilemma. I had to question the beliefs I had grown up with and seek my own truth.

It wasn't easy; the fear of being considered crazy or sinful loomed over me. But deep down, I knew I was a truth seeker, determined to uncover the reality behind the illusions that surrounded me. So, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery, one that led me to question everything I had been told and explore my own beliefs.

To escape the matrix and truly find my authentic self, I took a pen and paper and began writing down what I believed in. One by one, I questioned each belief, seeking evidence to support them. It was a challenging process, but it allowed me to filter through societal conditioning and discover what truly resonated with my soul.

I realized that society had trained and molded us to fit into a predefined narrative, often suppressing our true essence in the process. From an early age, we are conditioned to conform, to follow specific paths, and to deny our intuitive nature. It's a complex web of beliefs and norms that keep us disconnected from our authentic selves.

But awakening is about breaking free from these chains and tapping into our inner truth. We have to explore the emotions that arise during this process, even if they are uncomfortable. It's about questioning the narratives we've been fed and embracing our unique perspectives on life.

The journey to break free from the matrix isn't a one-time event; it's an ongoing process of self-awareness and courage. As we peel away the layers of conditioning, we come closer to living an authentic and empowered life.

Remember, each of us has a unique truth to discover. It's not about conforming to someone else's beliefs, but about finding our own way, our own purpose, and our own path.

What is the soul?

What is the soul and spirit?

As a collective we are here to raise the frequency by lifting one an another, if each individual is desiring to be lifted by doing the work themselves! 

Codependency doesn't create enlightenment, it just becomes an energy leak.

Being a "broke" light worker is not being of service to your human at all!

I am a self confessed control freak!😁 

I didn't even realize the extent of my "Control Freak" until the weekend just gone!

So now I have opened the can of worms of 'what it means to be a control freak'. 

It may not be what it seems to be. 

There's different expressions of control. 

It is very layered, there are levels and at the end of the day, it is about the standards that you hold for yourself. 

It's not about blaming the external but rather, taking a healthy responsibility for the INNER work. 

The signs of being a "control freak" are shown within your body.

Your body is the ultimate control freak tool!!!!

Experiencing anxiety, tension within your body, frustration, fear, anger, sadness, or bitterness can all be signs that you are not a "balanced control freak".

Yes, I just said that 😅

It is okay to be a control freak but when you are playing in an overly controlling essence or an under controlling essence, we can start having problems. 

It is all about healthy boundaries, listening to your inner self and doing the inner work.

Externally your situations, circumstances and relationships will mirror to you where you are being a control freak. 

So in this episode, I will share with you exactly what to do. 

When you find out you are overly being a control freak or you are actually running from the control, it is time to take responsibility and really step up.

Create an atmosphere and environment and an inner work process to create more harmony and balance in our everyday life.

When we speak of levels of consciousness, we can get this confused with Ego. 

Thinking that we can be MORE conscious than another is straight up Ego. 

There are no levels of consciousness truly, but there are multi dimensional spaces where we can utilize our conscious awareness uniquely.

Conscious awareness is NOT outsmarting everyone else, being addicted to healing modalities, coaching programs or information to make us more conscious OR finding your soul's purpose.

I explain in today's podcast episode exactly what conscious awareness is and what it is not and how we have mistaken the words "consciousness" and "awareness" and made it more of a fad than a truth. 

Conscious awareness is more about being in the stillness to hear, being able to surrender to receive and allowing ourselves to be humble.

Humbleness is all about power and confidence, so you can show up in the world as who you BE.

As we go on to this trip of conscious awareness, and as the planet is evolving and becoming more conscious as a whole, we must take note of where we are making things solid or making ourselves better than others, or not as good as others by creating separation. 

This indeed is the opposite to consciousness.

I totally get it, the frustration of the world in what is happening in the collective energy & social media is definitely the place where it all comes up!

But it doesn't have to be this way, we must know where there is light, there is heavy.

The beauty of social media is that we can reach millions all around the world, we can share our message by simply showing up and speaking our truth, having amazing posts, or sharing photos so our family and friends all around the world can see it.

The beauty of social media is that there is so much information that we try to consume it and consume it and consume, and consume it is a never-ending pit of information but as consumers, we must remember, there comes a point where we must take responsibility and take action on what we're consuming.

We are here to learn, share, BE, and show up.

We're here to be the trailblazers, for the generations that are to come.

Taking responsibility for your social media use is really important.

Making sure that you are not totally and utterly attached to your cell phone 24 hours a day.

Try not having your cell phone in your bedroom, and not checking it until all of the morning routine is done and dusted.

Try, allowing yourself not to respond as soon as a message comes through, or checking your Facebook every five minutes.

How much time are you really spending on social media?
Are you happy with this, or do you feel like you have an addiction?

There is light and heavy with everything in only you know what social media is giving you.

It is one of the biggest, most beautiful gifts that we've ever received.

Because we can have online businesses and reach those who require us.

The soul connections can become so much easier with this incredible digital world that we live in, making sure that you spend lots of quality time with your children, and making sure that we know what a deep physical connection is not just having relationships through social media.

We have pulled up from my membership spiritually aligned paid group.

I had an awareness when I was away for a girl's weekend and I really felt like sharing it.

I felt I wasn't worthy of buying a pair of boots!

I've been wanting these boots for 21 years. And although I have spent, thousands and thousands of dollars on myself and investing in myself. I never could bring myself to spending $399 on a pair of Doc Martens.

So, I decided to dig deep into why I didn't feel worthy of a simple pair of boots.

I realized that it had nothing to do with the boots.
I realized it had nothing to do with the money that I was spending.

I realized it had everything to do with past limitations, and mistaken beliefs of what it meant to spend money on myself and whether I was worthy of spending money.

As I went to try the doc's on, I decided I loved them.
But I felt funny inside my body, I turned to my sister, and said "I feel guilty" should I be feeling guilty?

What if I can't spend this amount of money on myself?.

Then I realized this completely had nothing to do with the boots....

Worthiness and value is implanted into our mindset very early on.

It keeps popping up throughout our lives until we clean up the energy.

We must clean up the energy and tap into what we truly desire, and where we are sticking ourselves and functioning from insanity, instead of what we truly deserve.

So ponder this...
What if you deserve, whatever you desire just because you DO, not because you worked hard?
Not because you did A, B or C, but simply because you wanted that particular thing.?

Now this is what I had an awareness about and this is my story, I teach this daily but I also experience it also. I cleaned the energy quick smart and now am wearing the new boots with joy because I know I'm worth it.

I don’t typically talk about how much money I exactly make but today I let loose and tell you yes I made 20k in a day! I want to share with you the key points of HOW did that and I want to let you know that it was dropping the judgment of how I was meant to be doing structure and strategy and instead it was more of following my own knowing and gut instinct that allows me to grow my business to 6 figures within a year.

Aligning to my human design, having respect for my energy levels and being in more joy is what contributed in manifesting my dream job.

My husband quit his day job to work with me in the business and I have turned up my free content even to the point I'm giving away programs now and working less! This stuff truly works….the truth is that the inner work is what really propelled my life's desires forward and where I was paying thousands for coaches for strategy and learning fb ads it was the coaches digging deep into the depths of my mistaken beliefs that helped me move all that was limiting me so I could reach the 6 figure mark with ease and not burn out.

I have never experienced wealth in my own life before and now knowing I can have a great relationship with money helps me to have more, create more and heal the toxic relationship that money and I had.

On this week's podcast I tell you about the mediumship experience I had at while getting a tattoo...

Doing a reading while getting a tattoo was interesting to say the least!

My tattoo artists Grandad (in spirt) was in the room but I didn't say anything until about an hour later when I could hold back any longer. He was tall, funny with a big grin. My grandad (in spirit) joined the party also. They had the same job here while alive and the same name!

Listen how we connected to these spirits as they shared their messages of our life purpose with us and a Grandma even popped in for a special clearing.

I connected to my tattoo artist as if we have known each other forever so it was no surprise that this happened during our 3-hour tattoo session.

In today's episode, I tell all about why I had surgery and how I manifested it!

The reason why I was inspired to share this is simple, I know we are here to choose whatever we desire and that means we can have it all. There is more than enough abundance to go around and a simple choice of doing something for yourself will literally tell the universe that you are willing to be the vibration of abundance and you are willing to receive!

You can basically manifest anything if you align energetically to the vibration of what you are choosing. You can manifest a bad relationship just as easy as manifesting a million-dollar house. Just last week I manifested a grandfather clock and boy that story was amazing. One thing is certain...

I was an expert on comparing for years until I realized that my gift was totally different to everyone therefore comparing doesn't make sense. I have literally upped and upped and upped my prices constantly over the last year because the energetic alignment has to match my service or I either won't do the job or even worse I will be so exhausted I want to sleep all day!
