Phone Breathing Meditation

Today’s meditation uses smartphones as a tool for prompting grounding and relaxation. We’ll do a calming exercise that combines mindful breathing with tracing the outline of your phone, syncing each breath with slow, focused movement. This exercise is also a reminder that we can use the environment around us to prompt mindfulness and calm wherever we are in daily life.
