Today I'm talking with you solo about building habits- something I've struggled with for a long time in my life. I've slowly but surely overcome my struggle with building the habits I want into my life over the past few years, and I've taken a look back into my journey to see what has made the biggest difference. I'm sharing my biggest "secret" that I've discovered plus a few other tips that make a big difference. I hope this short episode gives you the encouragement you need to believe you can build positive habits into your life.

Because an intentional life is one where we have some of the decisions that help us live better on autopilot.
