Parenthood has a way of revealing parts of ourselves we didn't know existed. It can strengthen relationships, expose old wounds, and challenge even the most connected couples. In this conversation, Diane sits down with therapist, author, and mother of two, Martina Nova, to discuss how parents can stay connected and aligned through the ever-changing seasons of family life.
Drawing from her new book, Same Page Parenting, Martina shares practical conversation starters and insights designed to help couples navigate parenting with greater intention, compassion, and confidence. Together, they explore the emotional realities of raising children in today's world - from the invisible mental load and shifting identities of parenthood to attachment patterns, neurodivergence, and the challenges of co-parenting and maintaining healthy boundaries.
